About Us
I am Sven Jurok – sports therapist, athletic trainer, nutrition expert and father of five children.
For over 25 years I have worked with people – from children with motor deficits to rehabilitation patients to ambitious athletes who want to get the most out of themselves.
During this time I learned one thing:
Performance, health, and well-being do not happen by chance.
They arise from knowledge, quality, and consistent implementation.
But that is precisely where the market repeatedly fails:

How BESTFORM NUTRITION came about
BESTFORM-NUTRITION arose from my daily work – from the real needs and problems of my clients.
